Shipping policy
We offer simple and transparent shipping options for our customers within the United States. Orders totaling over $100 (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free shipping, providing added value for larger purchases. For orders under $100, we offer a flat-rate ground shipping option at $12, ensuring affordability and consistency for all shipments.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after [insert cut-off time, e.g., 2 PM EST] will begin processing on the next business day. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5–7 business days for ground shipping, though delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and carrier availability.
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress. Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.
If you experience any issues, such as delays, lost packages, or damaged shipments, our customer support team is here to help. For delayed or lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
